DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ HERE!!
In 10+ years, I have NEVER had such a bad experience. WASTE OF MONEY.
I had all three areas done before Christmas. I needed a touch-up and had one with zero change in results. I called and explained that the touch-up did absolutely nothing and was told they "were not going to inject any more product". I told the receptionist that I didn't feel it was fair that I paid for a full correction and did not receive one.
She transferred me to a nurse who reiterated what the receptionist said. I felt they should try to make it right in some way which they did not. They said they would have a manager call me on Thursday 1/2 and today is 1/9 and I still have not received a call. I have been receiving Dysport and botox for over 10 years in two states and have never needed more that one correction and have NEVER been told: "...there's nothing we can do".
So basically I wasted hundreds of dollars and look the same. I don't know if it's bad products or poor technique but one thing is for sure, terrible experience and will never go back.

WORST EXPERIENCE
Wish I never came here . This was my first time getting my lips filled.
I originally made an appt with Rachel. However when I got there that was not who injected my lips and was never told that she was not even there anymore. I was told the lady was trained and got my lips injected anyway. My lip after being injected had a lump .
Which I went back to let them know why this was happening. They told me to let it settle in and to give it two weeks. Within the two weeks the swelling went down but my bumps never did. I finally told them this is unacceptable and they told me to come in just to “massage” my lips .
When even the injector said it wouldn’t do much that I should have came in within the two weeks to move the product because now it’s not going to make a difference . Here I am three months later with messed up lips. Not even a cal from the manager nor a solution nor refund. Save your money .
I will never come back here. They are here for your money not you..

Fraudulent behavior by venus mini med spa
Everything was smooth and wonderful until last december (Almost one year of being there), but things went downhill dramatically and drastically in just 45 days, still trying to digest the fact that an institution could be so unethical, unlawful and blatantly fraudulent. i bought a package from them for $499, which was 3 part service, i used one part of it then they offered a free service for which they later deducted remaining of my package money.
I was shocked and tried to have saint conversation with them which was not going anywhere then Alinia accepted to address this and refund me for the remaining 2 parts, she was then convinced by the other ladies that the free service was indeed chargeable. I couldn't believe the unethical practices these guys have there. why on earth does a customer who has spent more than thousand will want to debate about small items such as this.
am anyway going to take them to court but wanted others to know whats going on. so here you go.
These guys (Stephanie, Tania) are very good with you until you are giving them money the minute you either talk about results or not wanting to take another package you see their true behavior which is unprofessional to the core

I used this company for about 3 years. They made about 8000 or more off me.
I had an issue with an injector at the Tampa location. She actually stretched out my lip permanently two plastic surgeons told me it was the worst lip filler they've ever seen. These girls are not LNP or PA's by law they cannot inject. I called the one I had the least issues with and was told they could not take me and if I wanted they'd have management call me.
Florida has got to be the absolute worst for these med spas etc. I see I googled after I was told by the girl she couldn't put me in. Because the girl at the other location was so inept and ruined mt lip. My attorney has all my photos and paperwork stating she permanently stretched my lip out.
I was going to go get nuerotoxin because at least they've done an ok job with that and this location I've only been once.
It's ok because I'm not the average housewife I make money off my looks and was told I needed to fix my lip and wasted a trip. I'll say no more..
Venus Medi Spa Boca Falters
I had gone to Venus Medi Spa and Lisa has done fillers with no issues. I gave Dysport a try.
Now I have vision problems. I have been to a number of local Opthamologists and Plastic surgeons and the think one of the muscles that rotate the eye may have been effected. I was also told by the Plastic surgeon that they just gave me too much. When I went back she added more and that was when the double vision began.
What is so disturbing is that when I attempted to contact corporate with my concerns. I was polite and professional about it. They contacted their lawyer. I was sent a letter saying anymore contact would be considered harassment and if I showed up there I would be arrested.
I am banned from Venus Medi Spa. So when they goof up they just ban you. I contacted a few of the medical directors who seemed concerned and wondered why they did not send me to them. I remain with vision issues.
I never really had an issue with Lisa before and I am horrified at the response I have gotten. Apparently when everything is ok no problem but, they are not interested in any serious issues they may have caused. This has affected my life. I have to wear a prism on one lense and carry around five different pairs of glasses.
I can look at my computer today and four weeks in I can drive short distances at night now. The letter from the lawyer was full of lies. They did refuse to give me my medical records on the spot and Lisa said she could " help the recovery along by adding more between the eyes". Why would she say that if she did not think something had happened?
I think this company is unbelievable to have a lawyer send me such a letter.
This is too bad. They could be handling this foo paa much better.
I wish The dysport did not work
I am sitting here a month later with vision problems. I was advised due to poor injector technique.
I cannot drive at night and had to change my entire life around to go to the gym during the day. Had to change all events to daytime only or matinees Have lost alot of money on not being able to go to shows and I have spend tons on MD consultations. Not excited about this at all. I have to wear a prism on one glasses lens.
I went back and injected more and told me it would help. It brought on double vision. I have contacted plastic surgeons all over the country and they all say it is a muscle issue.
I call them and they are very annoyed. I have used them before but, this is my first problem- I think--- But, a serious one indeed.

THIS PLACE IS VERY DISHONEST. THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE AND EVEN THOUGH YOU PREPAY ITS NOT THE ACTUAL PRICE AND TRY AND CHARGE YOU DOUBLE.
THEY TRY AND KEEP THE INITIACREDIT MY CARD BACK. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS IS WHY THEY ARE FFF RATED. DO NOT GIVE YOU MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS.
GO SOMEWHERE WITH A GOOD REPUTATION. I HAD TO DISPUTE MY CREDIT CARD TO GET MY $300.00 BACK AND I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A SERVICE DONE. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $275.00.
PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK. DISHONEST COMPANY AND HORRIBLE STAFF MEMBERS.

I have gone to the one in Boca a few times 1. They take credit cards--- Nobody just takes cash anymore 2.
They charged and I got what I paid for. If there was a special I got the price of the special. Not sure why so many money related complaints posted I am really not sure about all these bad money related issues. I have never had a problem I would just be careful with the dysport if you have a heavy brow or any eyelid sag at all.
Do your homework on the side effects and potential issues.
The stuff takes 4- 6 months to wear off. That is a long time if someting does not go the way you planned.
Venus Med Spa
Please look at all the complaints on line from Venus Med Spa. I went there to receive Botox and they injected me with a much cheaper version and charged me over $400.00.
Please do your homework and look up the company for reviews.
Venus Med SPA HAS A F RATING TO ITS OWN FAULT OF THE MANY COMPLAINTS BY OTHER CONSUMERS. I hope I can help someone not to go through this experience and have a postive experience and not deal with dishonest people who are taking advantage and I am sure in time Venus Med Spa will be shut down for using bad products on paying customers.
Venus Mini Med Spa - Juvederm Injection Review from Kokomo, Indiana
This was my second time getting juvederm done. The first I found on Groupon.
I was told I was given one syringe but now comparing to be Venus it was much less. April 29th was the exact day I got my injections at Venus today is March 7. Any swelling should be gone. I've been taking arnica everyday and Iceing.
I told the injectioned I wanted to see a difference this time. NOTE there was a Juvéderm sale 399 and additional one 199 I said to myself why not?! I had one done before. The injector did not tell me how full my lips would look afterwards!!
I'm so sad with my results my lips are uneven and lumpy! My top lip is much bigger then my bottom!
My lips are the definition of botched. after this experience I never want anything done to my face again ...
Unauthorized medical treatment with negative results
I went to Vensus Med Spa for micro needling. I had to prepay for three treatments in advance (first mistake).
The first treatment was uneventful. I went back for my 2nd treatment where I sustained burns with blistering to my neck and chest area. I only authorized treatment to my face. After the treatment because of the injury sustained to my neck and chest I had to go to the Dermatologist for followup medical care and rx at a total of approx $400.00.
I called Vensus Med and advised them of the disposition, at which time I advised by Nicki that they would refund me the balance of approx of $100.00, as I would not be going back. A week and a half later I get I call from the Tampa Mgr. advising they would not be refunding me my balance.
I advised her this is not a problem, I am fortunate that I can afford the loss. It is now the principal I will now proceed with litigation against Vensus Med for mefical expenses!
Venus legacy didn't work
I went to the Northbrook location for Venus legacy skin tightening, and was immediately sold.Evelyn did such an amazing job explaining the process, and the possible side effects. She went on to show me photographic evidence of previous clients, and it was truly unbelievable how amazing this woman's abdomen looked in the after photos.
This is where the positivity ends… I purchased eight sessions, and was told I only need six sessions for substantial results. The two additional sessions were called "maintenance sessions." I let Evelyn know that I was not satisfied after about a month of weekly sessions , and she suggested to do all eight sessions that I had purchased. At the end of the eight weeks, I still wasn't happy and let Evelyn know again. A few weeks went by and I decided to follow up with Evelyn, but she was no longer with the company.
I spoke with the new manager, Kaitlin, and she suggested I come in to discuss my concerns. When I went in Kaitlin took additional pictures and said that "clinical" looked at my chart and concluded my results were not effective because the tool didnt get hot enough. From this, additional sessions were offered at no charge. I let her know that I really just wanted a refund.
Kaitlin escalated the matter to her manager Suzy. I followed up with Kaitlin about a week and a half after meeting, and she said Suzy would call me. When Suzy called I recorded our conversation and she stated the tool wasnt hot enough and that corporate was reviewing my refund.
Today Suzy called and said refunds are not allowed and blamed the ineffectiveness on hormones. I was in complete shock by her blatant disregard for my concerns and taking back her former conclusion that the tool wasn't at the correct temperature.I will be pursuing any and all legal options available to me.

Venus Mini Med Spa - Dysport Injection Review
I've been having dysport done for three years. Their injector at the Wellington location has no idea what she is doing.
After $350 spent she did not inject correctly and I look the same. I was told to see aplastic surgeon when I complained.poor customer service and inexperienced technician.

I have been going to the Venus med spa location in Countryside Fl for almost 4 yrs and I love their main injector Mary. However, the way I was treated by Melissa and spoken to and about by her to aesthetician Nikki was deplorable.
I over heard the two of them “discussing” me in their office as I arrived 20 minutes late to an appointment. Melissa was so condescending to me and rolled her eyes numerous times. I just had a total knee replacement and had difficulty getting from my car to the store along with forgetting my debit card. I asked to be rescheduled several times in which Melissa completely ignored me and acted like Mary could still see me but that “Mary HAD to leave at 3:15pm and you were late so...” She left me sitting there on a couch for almost an hour while she proceeded to bad mouth me to her two other employees.
I was mortified. I was very upset I was late and this has been a walk in spa for as long as I can remember. As far as “Mary catching a flight” that is honestly none of my concern nor should a client be told that ever. I will never come back to that location again.
Melissa could be over heard telling the front desk employee Hannah “Now she wants to me rescheduled “ like I was such an inconvenience. I am appalled at the outright lack of common decency to not only a client but to a human being. I have complete respect for other people’s schedules and like I said I offered to reschedule my appointment multiple times while I sat there and had my time wasted for over an hour after I arrived. I have 3 small children , am a week out from a total knee replacement and my time was not considered.
I could have been offered to have been rescheduled within 15 mins of arriving 20 mins late and seeing that Mary “was slammed” with clients and couldn’t fit me in. Instead I was treated with condescension, gossip and humiliated. This is supposed to be a place where you go to feel good and uplifted. I absolutely adore Mary and have no issues with her, sadly I will never return to that location or probably any location ever again.
I have spent thousands at Venus Med Spa over the last 3 years. Apparently being treated with respect and common decency is not on their list of “services”
